What am I not doing?

The last two February's I have been packing up a house.
In 2008 I was packing to prepare for putting our house on the market (not fun!).
Last year I was packing to move to our new house.
This year in February the only packing I'm going to do is for a trip to Disneyland in a few weeks. Good thing, I don't think I'm able to do much more than that!
Also, Mitchell has made it to 7 months without moving to a new house. Mason was 6 months when we moved from Centerville, UT to Rochester, MN. Emma was 6 months when we moved from Rochester, MN to Highland, UT. Right now we are staying put, unless of course our basement floods again all summer, then we just might be out of here!!!!!

7 month little dude

Mitchell was 7 months old yesterday.
It was last year, on February 13th I found out I was having a boy. What a good little boy he is!
Last week I weighed Mitchell in his carseat, 29.85 pounds. He's a big & super heavy boy! It's probably time to give up the portable carseat, but I'm just not ready! For one thing, he does not sit well enough to survive sitting in a shopping cart. The other, those carseat naps are really great.
This is Mitchell's eight year old big sister all decked out for her Valentines Day party at school. She's one of the few people who can get away with wearing pink & red at the same time!

Images from our house lately

I am so behind on blogging this is the only way I can kind of catch up.

Emm'a's got a new a bit too big swimsuit. She likes to wear it over her clothes. I guess that's a good thing since it would be a bit chilly without clothes!
Emma's choice of sleepwear. Warm jammies, her new princess nightgown & princess swim suit. Last night she added a sweater to the mix.
Mason has started karate, with the warning he cannot practice on his sisters.
I guess Mitchell played a little too hard & wore himself out.
Picture picture.
Sarah's twin in Christmas Eve jammies.
Mason as Optimus Prime. He loves to watch transformer costumes that transform on youtube. This was the best I could come up with (I lack time & creativity!).
He's pretty proud of this thing!
Mitchell is learning to sit up. He likes it for a minute or two, then faceplants into the carpet.
Mason was trying to be a snowplow. Too bad the jeep does not have more traction. A neighbor saw him driving this down the sidewalk once & said it made her day.

repeat repeat

The first grade at Sarah's school last school year did a play called "The Gingerbread Kid Caper". It was cute. Poor Sarah was not feeling well, but went just for the play.

Fast forward to second grade, at a different school, but in the same district.
In November her class started learning songs for a play called, "The Gingerbread Kid Caper". She raised her hand & told her teacher she'd learned all those songs last year. Her teacher told her that she'd be all the better for this year.

In Sarah's first grade class they read "Flat Stanley" then sent out Flat Stanleys to friends around the country & world. Sarah's Stanley went to several states & even to Germany. Her's was the last one to come back because Stanley had gotten lost for a while in Germany.Fast forward to second grade. They read "Flat Stanley" & started making their own Flat Stanleys. Sarah made hers a girl this year. She took last year's Stanley to show & tell. Her teacher just laughed.

I hope these are the only repeats of the year!
