End of June

I can't believe we are into July already!
Mitchell wants to try out Emma's bike. He also likes to sit on Todd's ATV. He's a go getter!
We spent the day at my grandma & grandpa L's house with some cousins. They got all dressed up to do a commercial for us. We got such a kick of out the costumes that I don't think they even got around to doing the commercial.
We gave Mitchell a bucket of water to play in. He was happy for a long time. We just had to keep refilling it when he dumped it on his head.
I took Allie & Isaac as well as my kids to the zoo. Todd met up with us too, good thing. Six kids to keep track of was kind of crazy!
Here they are in front of a life sized T-Rex.

The leopard gave us a good show.

Everyone wanted their picture taken under the tiger.
The peacock was showing his stuff.

We took our kids to Las Vegas. Todd wanted to go to a Rush concert so we all drove down to spend a night in this crazy place. One night is about all I can handle in Vegas!
We went to the M&M store.

Walked along the strip a bit. It was so crowded & crazy.

The kids all wanted cowboy hats. They got some good looks walking down the strip with these hats. They were the best (& most) dressed people out there!
We stayed in Excalabur & had to go into Luxor.

Emma was quite the savvy little shopper.
Sarah got a pearl on Friday night. The next day Emma & Mason both wanted one too. Sarah got one that was silvery blue. Mason's was quite large & Emma's was just ordinary.

We finally got out the backyard pool. Mitchell calls it a bath. Any pool is a bath. In Vegas we could see the pools out our hotel window & he'd stand there & point & say bath. When we pulled into the rec center parking lot the other day he yelled out bath without even seeing the pool. Smart kid!
He loved the backyard bath even though the water was a bit chilly.
The kids had Allie & Isaac sleepover. It was quite an adventure! The did a spa. Hmm.
My nephew Jonah was baptized. Ava & Emma wore their matching dresses. From the back it was quite hard to tell them apart.

Here are my kids dress for church today. Yes, Mitchell was still half asleep. We have 1:00 church & we had just pulled him out of bed from his nap to go.
