What we've been up to lately

I just can't seem to find time to blog lately! Here are a few pictures of what we've been up to the past few weeks.
We've also had a bunch of other exciting & not so exciting things happen, that don't have pictures (for good reasons!). Two of these not exciting things have been two of my favorite (NOT at all) things to hear. "Mom, why are they rocks in the bath tub? Oh, those aren't rocks."
and (at 12:30 am) "Mom, I just threw up on my pillow." Yep, we've been busy!
Emma with Mitchell today. At his 2 month check up he weighed 12 pounds 12 ounces. Later that week Emma had an ear infection. I think she weighed 23 pounds. Bets on when Mitchell passes Emma up in weight?
Our latest way too big purchase, for the kids anyway. We bought a jumper. My kids always love these things at carnivals & spend the entire time on them. Mason's preschool teacher has one & he loves it. I'm hoping to use this in the basement this winter, assuming I ever get all the dust cleaned up from having our latest sump pump put in.

Mitchell with Grandma Loveridge at South Towne Mall. This was his first big shopping trip outside of me. He did great!
Last weekend we went to Bridal Veil Falls. The water was super cold, but the kids still had to wade in it.

Last week we also went on a hike up American Fork Canyon. The colors were changing & so pretty! Emma thought it was fun to ride in Todd's new kiddie backpack.

We had Becca babysit while we braved a matinee of Harry Potter with Mitchell (Todd had seen it right after Mitchell was born). Allie & Isaac came too. Sarah & Allie made a boutique in her room. It was quite fancy!
This dummy is made from a garbage can & laundry basket.
This one was my favorite, the skirt on the globe.

Okay, I definitely need to get up in them thar' hills. It looks like the colors in the mountains are in full swing right now.
Sarah and Allie's boutique made me laugh. That's pretty funny, but definitely something they would do.

The fall pictures are great. Haven't been up in the mountains to see them; now they're probably covered in snow!
